The path of ICBMs from Russia or China heading to the United States lies over the Arctic and mostly over Greenland. Greenland is part of North America -- Europe has no claim to it -- and it's of vital strategic interest to the United States.

Greenland will become part of the United States in the largest land acquisition since the Louisiana Purchase.

Haha, no.

They are going to be forced to remove Donnie before that.

It would be laughable to see the Europeans try to "remove Donnie." But of course, they won't dare. Europe has become the lapdog of the United States.

I mean by the US.

But yes, as News has pointed out they need to face reality.

GOV. @gavinnewsom at Davos: “Europeans are being played by Trump. He’s a T-Rex — you either mate with him or he devours you. They need to stand tall and united. We should’ve been having this conversation a year ago. He’s a wrecking ball. It’s code red… they’re laughing at him behind his back, then sucking up to him. This isn’t diplomacy, it’s stupidity.” ( 🎥 From @kuefnerm)

Here's some more info.

They only have $100M or so, but according to the US Treasury:

Danish holdings of U.S. equities, Treasuries, and other portfolio securities are roughly $225 billion, and when adding Danish direct investment into U.S. business operations (≈ $60 billion), the total Danish investment exposure to the U.S. is on the order of $285–$290 billion — based on the latest available portfolio and direct investment data.

Could be others moving in that direction.

I’m DCUM poor but I’ve starting moving away from US funds and into international. I can’t decide if the housing market will crash, too, or will be propped up by an ever weakening dollar.

The NYPD could conquer Greenland with a few overtime shifts.

But they will not be fighting Greenlanders, so what then.

Meaning they think we should just be able to disregard their rights and sovereignty to appease their insane cult leader. Because to the MAGA cult the demands of a single demented narcissist beat out the entire population of another country.

74% of all of the insulin used in the USA comes from Denmark

100% of the Ozempic used in the USA comes from Denmark

15% of the shipping containers bringing imports to the US comes from Denmark.

Would be a shame if Denmark decided to halt this.

Please tell 100% of Botox comes from Denmark because I have a plan to end this immediately

They won't be fighting anyone. Europe is not going to do anything. They will be completely wrecked if they attack any Americans sent to secure Greenland.

What the f? Nothing you say is even close to the truth. How do people like you make it through a day? Do you actually work or are you on welfare?

Because they are in a cult. Getting off on these big man conquering fantasies that literally neither the US population nor the Greenland population wants. Anything for the cult leader.

The rest of world understands that this is a Ukraine situation. This is not about Greenland, this is about US imperialism. If the world lets Trump take Greenland, he will not stop. He will target another sovereign country. He is no different from Putin.

US military is way out numbered in Europe. Europe could easily wreck the US economy with sanction and the 12 trillion in US securities they have. Plus they could impose sanctions against Israel. How quickly will you maga type fold when Israel is in trouble?

They can also hamstring the US military around rhe world. Someone who claims we don't need the bases in the EU clearly has absolutely no experience with the military.

I’m not sure what part of the post you are disagreeing with. Newsom is telling the EU leaders to get it together.
