Also, that is not a Presidential Record and not something that Trump could or would be allowed to declassify.

Yes, assuming the document actually exists. Which no one will confirm or deny outside of classified briefings. I think this is why they aren’t charging with dissemination because they don’t want to confirm or deny anything height have said to anyone. The man is a menace and deserves a long epsilon sentence. I’m just not sure we will get it and the public will buy in.
