Don't underestimate how scared many people -- especially manly men with tattoos -- are of getting shots. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I've spent some time volunteering at a vaccine clinic, and it has been amazing how common it was for tattooed men to be afraid of the little COVID vaccine needle.

In the western Canadian province of Alberta on Monday, police broke up an armed group that was prepared to use violence to back a blockade at a border crossing with the United States, authorities said.
