| I wonder if I can put money in his prison account? |
Where did you see that? The original police timeline was really tight, like got off the subway and in 17-20 minutes got a coffee, walked around the block, and then shot the guy. |
Bad shirt. No to gray suits as well. Oh well. |
| Yawn. |
No, because he was caught in a different jurisdiction. The Altoona police weren't under pressure to clear this case. |
The whole "being caught with the murder weapon" thing is going to be tough to explain away... |
| I predict jury nullification. United Health can afford to pays its executives $$$$$$$$$$$$, so it can deny $$$ insurance claims. Didn't feel sorry for the man then and still don't feel sorry for him or his family because they benefited from screwing people who paid hefty premiums for their claims to be denied. |
There's nearly no chance for jury nullification unless the defense can come up with something that lets jurors argue reasonable doubt, even if it is a stretch. Otherwise the most you'll get is a hung jury, with him remaining remanded pending retrial. |
If that is indeed the murder weapon. Many gun experts believe this was an assassination with a Welrod by a professional. https://edwin797.substack.com/p/watch-firearms-collector-believes |
Every one has an insurance horror story and it doesn't have to be United. |
And most people know murder is wrong. |
You continue to put way too much stock in the initial wild speculation from a grainy video. Even before the weapon was recovered, experts figured out he was clearing jams between shots rather than needing to manually cycle. |

I wanna live in a society where anyone hot can unilaterally print out a gun, not like an industry, pick a big company in said industry and a person off the team page, go shoot them down, and then have a jury let them go free.
Woo hoo! Let’s do that here in USA so I don’t have to move to Congo or Haiti. |
Everyone in the UK on NHS only and in Canada on their National insurance has horror stories too. What’s your point? Free R&D, meds, treatments, surgeries, appointments for all? How’s that play out for citizens, illegals and tourists? |
Please. There was also the eye witness woman drinking coffee who ran. |
