Special Counsel Report on Classified Documents

How dare Hur speak the truth about Biden's mental capacity?

This is not accurate at all.

The ire was that Hurr acted extremely partisan as if he was seeking approval fromTrump by damaging his main rival - and that he strayed from DOJ precedent when no criminal charges are found to abstain from much commentary.

Hurr found no criminal conduct or intent but took it upon himself to write hundreds of pages of opinion challenging the mental fitness of the president. Hurr went overboard and was extremely disrespectful to a sitting President.

It was tacky and unnecessary to cite his failure to have rapid recall regarding date of death for his son Beau.

The official who was present during the testimony said the questioning was often vague and difficult to answer promptly.

Because it wasn’t truth; it was an unprofessional political hit way out of bounds. Hur had no case. Hur had no evidence. Everything after that was unwarranted pandering to keep from being kicked out of the Republican patronage network.

Yes not surprised. Garland should not have brought politics into it and appointed a Democrat. Republicans are the most bias MF on the planet right now. They have zero morales and are total garbage.

Hur is a Democrat appointed by the head of the (Weaponized DoJ) entity who is also a Democrat.

No, Hur is a life-long republican.

No, Hur is definitely not a Dem. Where are you getting your info??

On the one hand, the GOP is very upset about a handful of not even marked classified documents sitting in a garage for 15 years.

On the other hand, the GOP House just decided to unilaterally declassify contents of a top secret security briefing to House, front facing the content to the Russia-allied members.

??? Where do you get this idea? He is as partisan a republican as there is, and proud of it.

In all honesty - Biden probably forgot that it was he who brought up Beau's death.

Biden attacked Hur for asking him when Beau died. That didn't happen, sources say.

President Joe Biden lashed out at Robert Hur last week over one particular line in the special counsel's report on his handling of classified documents: that Biden "did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died."

“How in the hell dare he raise that?” Biden told reporters in an impromptu White House press conference. “Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself, it wasn’t any of their damn business.”

But Hur never asked that question, according to two people familiar with Hur’s five-hour interview with the president over two days last October. It was the president, not Hur or his team, who first introduced Beau Biden’s death, they said.

Biden raised his son’s death after being asked about his workflow at a Virginia rental home from 2016 to 2018, the sources said, when a ghost writer was helping him write a memoir about losing Beau to brain cancer in 2015. Investigators had a 2017 recording showing that Biden had told the ghost writer he had found “classified stuff” in that home, the report says.

Oh, please. If this had been a report written about Trump, which included some descriptors of his memory or behavior, you'd be cheering from the rooftops. Face it. You all know the assessment of Biden is spot-on. You're just mad that it's been publicized for all to read.

And "the official" who was present was Biden's lawyer. Of course he's going to take Biden's side.

Why are Democrats always so overdramatic and hysterical? From your link:

"Hur’s report released last week did not charge the president with a crime, but it painted a picture of a forgetful commander in chief who failed to properly protect highly sensitive classified information – a depiction that could hurt Biden politically and that Republicans have seized on."

All of the above is correct and pertinent. Deal with it.

Correctly pointing out that someone is very forgetful is making a "medical assessment"? He did no such thing, but nice try.
