Tiffany did something to her teeth. Either photographer told her not to grin so widely, she had braces to pull them back from sticking out so much, and she might have shaved down her front teeth, but if so, it was done with skill. It can make a difference.
Based on the photo where she is in the white dress and Ivanka is in the blue dress, I think the photographer told her not to open her mouth that wide.

It is odd. She looks the same in the photo the night before with Ivanka in a blue dress and that other woman. Just slimmer. Then in her wedding photo, we do not see many close-ups, and she looks gorgeous. Maybe she did her own makeup for the day before and had a pro do it properly to open her eyes and give her high cheekbones for the wedding day.
