Of course.

When you're the defense attorney, what exactly are you whispering to your client after he's found guilty and you know he's going away for the better part of life at least?

I know it's not the most significant charge but I am SO happy it was guilty on child endangerment.

I just can't believe someone would do that to their wife. The mother of their child. Even if they hated them. To stab them like that? It's so personal, so up close, takes so much effort, and there are so many chances to change your mind during the act. A gunshot? One split second, from across the room, and it's over, even if you have regret as soon as you pull the trigger. You don't even have to look at them when you do it. But stabbing, with a not very sharp knife? One stab and you can say "oh my god, what am I doing" and you can stop. He didn't stop, even though he necessarily had to be looking right at her as he did it, and it probably took some time to finish. And then he could have changed his mind and tried to save her, but didn't. 15 whole minutes where he might have changed course, and didn't. As his daughter was downstairs. It's terrifying that someone like that walks the earth.

No, this was in response to my question about what a lawyer does in that situation. His lawyer probably hates him and thinks he deserves it but he's still representing him.

Yes, sometimes these guys take their own life in jail.

As someone who defended BB before, f*ck him. Death penalty should be reinstated for this bald loser

i need a refresher on the facts re tess. i recall that the police served search warrants on her phone and JMP’s attorneys phone.

i’m not a attorney. but a search of a attorneys phone is a seriously big deal.
