Troll... Where did you see that?

Why do people believe there are so many trolls on this site. Every time something fairly major has happened, it was shared here by multiple people and proved to be true. I cannot recall the last time I saw something that was stated multiple times that ended up being fake.

Boards have voted. These events are common knowledge by many at this point.
because there are. And the same person has been posting. So no confirmation of crap.

Why would GA Directors be telling their players this during ID season. It doesn't serve them? Giving players their insider knowledge of the landscape and optimisim to stay with GA that is only growing in VA

Why is ecnl limited?

Because it's only so long that they can be so heavy handed and restrictive with their approach.

Can you elaborate?

Holding the girls side hostage by being restrictive about what the boys side can and can't do. Yes ofcourse the best Girls league in the country is ECNL, but it's not the best Boys league (MLSN). As a club you're probably not totally happy unless you're one of the very few fortunate clubs in the country to get the "Golden deal" of ECNL Girls and MLSN. This is because of ECNL requirements, but if MLSN were to employ that same tatic, there would be a shift and ECNL wouldn't be able to be as heavy handed about it as they currently are.

You would think the heavy handed approach is ending as we speak. They must be trying to turn around some of these clubs before it’s too late.

Maybe... I'm not saying when the 2025 season starts ECNL is going to be in trouble, I'm just saying parents, kids, clubs, etc are fickle. Right now ECNL is #1, but if nationally maybe a few clubs (maybe some nationally known) make the switch for the 2025 season, and in 12 months some other clubs see that and decide the time is now to make the MLSN switch (which also means GA) in a period of 18 -24 months there could be a real tangible movement for people to see.... All of which could be expedited if MLSN deploy similar tactics that ECNL currently utilize.

They're going by the MLS NEXT timeline, not GA's. But yeah, it's a done deal! Awesome for Loudoun and the whole county!

It's dumb to go to GA for MLS next. For most clubs, there's no difference between MlS next and ECNL. Some of the best ECNL teams can hang with MLS next teams. Also, the number of boys getting recruited from MLS next isn't any different than ECNL.

No. Most ECNL teams cannot hang with MLSNext.

Bringing the receipts. Very smart.

Data doesn’t lie

Except where next is concerned of course. Don’t forget they are all playing up 2-3 age groups and the coaches don’t care about winning at Next which is why the data is as it is…😂

As a foreign and minority group coach I feel so sorry for the madness in which the youth of this country is forced to play in. I know im a hypocrite because im making good money but there’s no chance for USA to be anything meaningful in this sport on the world stage. The women’s side is no longer a powerhouse and its blatant they’ll never be a serious contender with the rest of the countries dedicating time and resources to their female sides

I'm sure alot of those Boys ECNL teams would love to play in MLSN, but they end up staying in ECNL because the club doesn't want to have to move the Girls out to GA... Again ECNL holding hostage trying to dominate the landscape of youth soccer

NVA keeps ECNL
Loudon gets GA/MLS Next 2

Just like SYC did having MLS NeXT while ECNL with Union. Except Loudon gets MLS Next 2 because that is the new pathway into MLS Next.

Double confirmed

Then Loudoun and McLean are equivalent and on the same path.

MLN2 is not MLN- won’t be a big draw on the boys side

Yeah. That comment was stupid. Why would the us want to be anything meaningful in the sport. That’s not a goal.

McLean will 💯 make an announcement. Can’t speak for the slow pokes out in Loudon. Their announcement is coming but their always behind. I’m sure their waiting in McLean to go first
Anonymous
McLean and Loudon are not in the same boat. One will still have ECNL and the other will not.

Why bother making the jump to MLSNEXT is it’s just for MLSNext2?
