Meanwhile, there's a growing measles outbreak in Texas and New Mexico. Sounds like it's all unvaccinated people who are catching and spreading this.

McConnell doesn't care. He knows that his sole vote won't change anything. His is a throwaway vote. It was game over when he conveniently changed his mind about Trump and the Jan. 6 gang. You should be disgusted by Mitch. He knew better and ultimately chose his party over his country.

McConnell isn't running for re-election. He doesn't have to bow down to the Orange master anymore... Probably a good reason to have term limits on all these positions.

Oh, is he going to prevent Americans from traveling to countries where other diseases like TB are endemic? Are we going to be required to stay in the US and never leave like North Korea? Last I checked, we removed our work (USAID) to help other countries address and reduce TB so can GAURANTEE you we will see more of it here no matter how "tight" the borders are.

Most recent TB patient I've seen? A US born citizen who happened to travel abroad and picked up resistant TB. Airborne disease and no, the TB vaccine doesn't help curb pulmonary/respiratory transmission, it primarily helps with reduction of CNS/meningitis TB risk in children.
