Definitely for dexterity. It was cold that morning. Which is likely why he went inside the Starbucks for a bit to remain warmed up.

I think he had a spotter at the other hotel. That’s who was speaking to on the phone. And that’s how he knew the target was on the move and able to get into position only 5 minutes in advance.

This is the best explanation I have heard. Why else would he be in the phone minutes before.

And taking the bus means no car tracking or license plates.

If he had a spotter, this isn’t really about a denied claim.

Media is reporting the bullet casings and live rounds found at the scene had “deny” “defend” “depose” written on them, so seems like the killer’s motive (or motive of whoever hired the killer) is indeed along those lines.

Or it's a red herring.

Did you see this?

It's also odd that shooter has visible backpack which was "dumped" and found. Why not hide gun under coat?

Because the backpack held a different coat, hat, sunglasses, etc.

Did they say they found the gun? If they didn’t it’s probably been destroyed or thrown into a body of water where it will never be found.

One would think….

They never found the VP9 that was used.

What’s that?

Who saw Luigi July 2004-Dec 2024. fess up!

What did Luigi say after hearing the news out of NYC shooting at NFL building on Monday?

He was ecstatic.

Turns out a Blackrock Capital CEO was just gunned down in NYC.

Does the fact that Blackrock Capital routinely lays-off thousands of workers and destroys lives mean that:

- the shooter is a hero too?

I’m waiting for the announcement Luigi has been sentenced to the federal death penalty.

He deserves it.

Is the UT guy also another 20 something old?

So does United Healthcare. As the Supreme Court said, corporations are people.

Well, we're still marginally a country with the rule of law. Mangione committed a crime with that penalty. United Healthcare did not.

I'm pretty surprised he hasn't plead out to avoid the death penalty. He doesn't have a way to avoid a life sentence.

$$$ may help him get out if it

TF They haven’t—they engage in knowing and premeditated acts causing grave injury and death every day. Now they want to be allowed to use AI to do it!

Maybe, if he hadn't ran. But now he can't claim mental incompetence. Or, if he hadn't used a silencer, he might have been able to get a lesser sentence. But now his only options are death penalty or mandatory life in prison.

I wonder if the guy who shot at, then ultimately killed Charles Kirk thought he would become “famous” like Luigi Mangione.

Maybe he thought that so many people didn’t like Charles & that if he killed him then people would admire him.

Because I have heard of copycat behaviors……..

He doesn't even need that. The real killer with the VP9 was never found. A jury of DCUM peers will have reasonable doubt.
