Omg verdict will be read at 5pm.
I am rooting, rooting, rooting for this child to get to live with her maternal family forever now. And for Joe’s family to feel that some semblance of justice has been served for a completely innocent man. I’m holding in my heart all who worked with and loved Joe and Christine right now. |

I dont think theyre going to address custody of the child in this verdict- I think no matter what it is, the child keeps living with her current guardian (bb's mom), right? I mean it's unrelated to this case from a legal/ technical standpoint |

Correct, custody comes later. If there is a conviction her grandparents have more standing in that he doesn't get to determine where she lives. |
