If anything, she obviously had to work at *getting rid* of her accent to appeal to a wider demographic.

Her mom is from Houston and has a southern accent. They moved to Nashville when TS was only 14. She came by her southern accent naturally and you can look up any number of videos of her before they even moved to TN and hear it for yourself.

If you want longevity you have to learn how to control your vocal chords. Elton John never took lessons and says that’s why he lost his high notes early on (that and lots of drugs). It is a muscle that needs to be properly trained and rested.

Travis cheated outright. Travis was too dumb to keep up with Taylor's genius. Travis was fame hungry and he used her. (this is where I'd put my money for the pitchfork fan fury). If everyone's feeling generous when it ends, the story will be Travis and Taylor were both too busy with their careers and are parting while having forever love and support.

Who knows. People are people. They can be great for each other and one does a little thing on the wrong day and it is over. Having said that, good chance they are getting married. Travis has not cheated on her. That is nonsense. He is not as talented in song writing but is likely as smart given her given her lack of education and the fact she is stuck at 22. She cannot have a relationship with a guy who has no money. I think that is clear to her. Travis has the money, is ok with the fame and the circus, and worships her. No matter what happens I doubt there will be bad lyrics about Travis unless it is sort of the one that got away. She is smitten and is treating him different. There could be a breakup but unless it was for cheating then I really doubt anything bad would be said.

OK. The "actual f**k" I was talking about (I'm not the one you've been sparring with), is that it makes sense to talk about Joe Alwyn's treatment as Taylor's boyfriend because it's the same trend. Her behavior toward Travis is going to follow the same basic pattern as it did for everyone before him. I don't hate Taylor.

Can’t everyone have some fun with it while it’s going good and hope that maybe, just maybe, it will work out? No two men are alike in all ways, and certainly Travis, as do we all, has his faults. But maybe there is some combination he has, be it his comfort level with the fame part of it, his support, his work ethic, his values, maybe even his goofy sense of humor, that others have not had, that will make it work this time.
