Dear DCPS Community,

I write to you today as the Chancellor, a father, and a husband.

This September, my family faced a difficult decision where we felt that my child needed to transfer schools. I sought assistance on how to do this correctly, and as a result, my child was transferred to another school. However, the process I followed did not align with DCPS policy.

My decision was wrong and I take full responsibility for my mistake. While I understand that many of you will be angered and disappointed by my actions, I’m here today to apologize and ask for your forgiveness.

I am committed to regaining your trust and continuing the reforms needed to ensure that our students have the tools they need to succeed in the world.

He is a worthless conman and must be removed. The audacity. “Please forgive me.” Uh, nope. Go back to California. We don’t need your brand of entitled corruption here. We already had plenty. I’m guessing Kaya threw him under the bus to distract from the FBI investigation that will probably implicate her. F*^% him. Seriously.
