Probably all Asians will vote against McAuliffe after the stunt the Democrats pulled with TJ.

Not a big fan of the Democratic nominee. But people who refer to Democrats as “leftists” and are pooping bricks over CRT are scary. The GOP doesn’t give a horse’s ass about education. You try to paint the Democrats as extremists but listen to you. It’s like a Fox News playbook. I’m not voting Democratic because I love the party. I’m just picking the lesser of two evils.

I don’t know about the GOP, but I do know that a lot of Republicans care about education and that there are a lot of Democrats who look at education primarily as a tool to kowtow to various interest groups and build political coalitions. So there’s that.

And, don't forget about the reluctance to reopening. The Democrats kowtowed to the teacher's unions and went against the science when it came to reopening schools.
McAuliffe has taken quite a bit of money from NEA and AFT. You think he isn't also owned by the unions?

Just listen to yourself. You can deny it all you want, but the crap behind CRT - and its intentions - are out. (Your denial is right out of the CNN playbook.) The Dept of Ed got caught sneaking in that anti-white "let's disrupt whiteness" agitator website. (And if you take issue with the fact I call them agitators, take a look at their own website. They have a page entitled "Resources for Agitators." WTH?

So, I'm picking the lesser of two evils, as well. It's a no-brainer.

I don’t really watch CNN lady. You keep proving my point by assuming that I’m a crazy leftist just bc I disagree with you. I think you are in your on bubble of friends who all agree with you. The fact is that many NoVa parents disagree with you. The narrative I saw played out on social media (that is not associated with any particular party) is that the Loudon parents are a bunch of crazy fools. Not many people were calling them brave. There are lots of disappointed Democrats but they aren’t convinced by the GOP hysteria. By the way what are the intentions of CRT?

And P.S. Well duh....OF COURSE many NoVA parents disagree with me! NoVa is majority liberal. But the majority of Virginia other than NoVa is moderate-to-conservative, and the only way the Dem wins is by getting all those liberal NoVa votes. If they lose even 1/3 of the liberal NoVaites (new word; ya like?), then the Republican wins the governorship. Loudoun parents are upset, as are Fairfax parents of Asian students kicked out because the libs decided TJ was "too Asian," and then add in all the people who are shaking their heads at the far-left nonsense but afraid to speak up, and the race is VERY close.

Also factor in the major uproar in Virginia Beach. Their school board meeting was a disaster….those voters going to have positive impact for Republicans, too. And, Winsome Sears (Republican candidate for Lt. Governor) is former military. She’s going to make significant impact on Hampton Roads turnout.

McAuliffe's social media platforms would not be so consistently nasty towards Youngkin unless McAuliffe's advisors were telling him it's going to be closer than expected. Otherwise the strategy would just be to ignore Youngkin.

Unfortunately, by coming across as so sour and petty in disparaging Youngkin as a rich political lightweight, McAuliffe ends up reinforcing all his negatives - that he's a cut-throat, sharp-elbowed political operative always in it for himself.

Most recent poll says McAuliffe 46 percent, Youngkin 41 percent, UNDECIDED 12 percent. There is a Libertarian candidate with less than 1 percent.

Ballotpedia

The UNDECIDED is the target market.

If this is true then it’s curtains for Terry.

The idea that he’s a crass, unprincipled d-bag who’ll sell out working Virginians is not.

More so than McAuliffe. Youngkin is for creating jobs; McAuliffe is for redistributing other people's money.

Like all those jobs that GOP VA govs have created in the past 10 years?

Oh, wait...

Loudoun too, with the change to admissions to AOS and AET. Even more discriminatory towards Asians by setting a max quota per school.

It's not clear how many parents are aware of the changes though. It's not like the school tells the parents they made it harder for your kid to get in.
