Mueller Objected to Barr’s Description of Russia Investigation’s Findings

Robert S. Mueller III, the special counsel, wrote a letter in late March to Attorney General William P. Barr objecting to his early description of the Russia investigation’s conclusions that appeared to clear President Trump on possible obstruction of justice, according to the Justice Department.

That is a spin of the DOJ spokespersons. If Mueller was okay with what Barr put out he would not have written a letter with a tone which worried the DOJ.

I wonder why Mueller's main worry was that right after Barr's report to congress?

Because that's when the media also got it and they were characterizing it in a way that he wasn't comfortable with.

He didn't complain to the media about their interpretation. He complained to and about Barr. Because he was unhappy with what Barr did.

WP reporter just aid in TV that he has read the letter, but does not have a copy in hand yet.
