| I wonder what happened. Seems intense. |
| Ok. |
| She must have been really drunk, |
| Has she said what happened other than an accident at home? |
A fall on outdoor steps |
|
Easy enough to break your wrist and cut your face if you fall on concrete steps or hit something sharp.
I know someone who slipped on ice, hit a metal hand rail, fell down two steps and ended up with a broken leg, cuts, bruises, and looking like she was in a major accident! I know someone else who tripped while taking her pants off and ended up with a broken arm and a deep gash in her knee. Neither had been drinking - both just fell in bad ways and hit things on the way down. |

Wow, this is the first I'd heard about this. Sounds like the accident did some real damage to her face.
She is such a lovely and talented person. I hate to hear that she is going through this. Thankfully she has the loving support of her husband. I'll be listening to her songs even if she does have stitches on her face. |
| She’ll probably use this as an excuse to get some work done on her face. Not that she needs it. |
I caught an episode of 20/20 about disabled physicians recently. The told the story of a young man who stood up from studying at a desk, lost his balance, fell backward over the chair, and hit the back of his neck on a glass coffee table. He was instantly paralyzed from the waist down. |
| She “fell” and broke her wrist in November and now “fell” and broke her face less than two months later? That’s either bad luck, alcohol/drugs or an abusive relationship. |
I thought the wrist and face were from the same accident? |
It was from the same accident. She mentioned the broken wrist after the accident but didn't say anything about the gash to her face until now. |
| I like her so much. It all seems a little fishy though. |
| Count down until the abuse allegations emerge. The vagueness of her story and the gradual revelation of the extent of her injuries are red flags. This story alarms my truth sense. |
Take off your man hating glasses. The vagueness and gradual revelation are far more likely to be related to privacy. A celebrity choosing to not share every detail of a difficult situation and injury with the world doesn't mean her husband is beating her and breaking her bones and slashing her face. |
