You have to be constantly making these comments just to get a rise out of people because I can’t believe anyone in real life could actually be that clueless. Anyone who would assume a handful of actions that took place in specific situations meant to rally a crowd or celebrate a victory equates to that person being like that 24/7 needs a reality check. I have heard countless accounts of people who really know him, have worked with him, interviewed him, etc., say he is one of the nicest guys in sports.

Gee I wonder what you’ll come up with tomorrow…

VIVVVVAAAAA LAS VEGASSSSSS!!!! *smashes beer cans*

OMG, he's so charming and secretly so astute. lol

Congratulations, you didn’t even wait until tomorrow to come up with that. You must have a whole notebook of retorts ready to go.

There is one bizarre poster who has extrapolated a couple of lines from songs and claims she knows all about Joe Alwyn's mental health. Meanwhile, there are zero actual news reports about anything like that.

Just googled it and there are a lot of TMZ type stuff that says he had mental health issues.

It may or may not be true, but it is easy to find tabloid articles about it.

The in group/out group tactics of calling people bizarre or weird just adds to the overall mean girl feel of Taylor fandoms- so go you?

Just Googled it ... TMZ type stuff"
Heaven forbid any of us is ever declared suffering from poor mental health by Dr. TMZ. Where did the media outlets get the idea that Joe has depression? Taylor lyrics. Taylor social media. Taylor fans. He hasn't said boo about it.
-First pp you quoted

You are trying to point out that Joe doesn’t have mental health issues. Cool- I have no idea if he does or doesn’t. I am not saying we can possibly even know that. Frankly, I dont care.

My point is that saying people are “bizarre” for stating something you can find in the grocery store aisle tabloids is trying to assign other-ness to a person for expressing an opinion that is fairly commonplace. The establishment of “other-ness” is a hallmark of Taylor fandom as well as mean girl cliques and bullies everywhere.

I didn't say anyone was bizarre for talking about Joe Alwyn's mental health. Creating and spreading diagnoses of someone's mental health is the way of society now, I know. Was just labeling the source as Taylor Swift.

And yet she hasn’t.

It is indeed bizarre behavior to take the lyrics of songs and insist they are entirely factual and not just, you know, analogies or literary license. What actually IS mean girl behavior is insisting someone has mental health issues with zero hard evidence, just gossip sites and song lyrics. Pretty damaging and absolutely mean.

Are you the poster accusing *others* of being mean girls? Interesting.

OMG, the projection is off the charts. Are you the poster who has been criticizing Travis Kelce's looks and calling him an idiot, etc.? You are the EPITOME of a mean girl and a bully. And your "other-ness" garbage is just that - garbage.

BUT TMZ reported it therefore it must be true!

I asked the same thing and the post got deleted because I guess I used a term questioning their intelligence.
