And he may win - 2016 showed us that enough people are easily swayed by propaganda - but several things indicate that it’s less likely:
1) he already lost once in a Biden-Trump matchup
2) Trump’s shtick is wearing thin
3) he himself killed one of the answers to immigration, allegedly the worst scourge ever to afflict America. It’s hard to argue that it’s the worst scourge ever to afflict America when he killed the response.
4) there will be little to no downvote help for Republicans
5) the GOP has successfully denigrated mail in and early voting
6) Project 2025 and its attendant fascism are not going to be beloved by many
