Tim Ryan’s campaign is going to be studied by everyone who is up next time. He was amazing.

It didn’t hurt he ran against a despicable MAGA candidate.

I believe part of the Dem strategy was to put money into disgusting candidates so they would be easier to beat.

Here’s a thought,GOP: Stop putting forth “disgusting candidates” in the first place.

Bootstraps!

That will only happen when the GOP grows a pair and breaks with Trump.

Four words I never, ever thought I’d use in a sentence.

Thank you, Donald Trump.

Not weird enough to elect this guy, thank goodness

Do you know his criminal record?

The only thing I see about a criminal record is FB posts. When I tried to search, a guy name Stephen Soto Fontes was arrested for resisting a peace office. Are you suggesting Adrian and Stephen are the same man?

It is ridiculous that tabulating votes is taking this long. Their election officials should be embarrassed.

Also last night in Nevada - another very good result:

Those 4 seats in NY would really have made a world of difference.
Anonymous
4 seats in NY effectively stolen by GOP judges on the state supreme court.

Then there are 4 seats that are under litigation for violating the civil rights act, but the courts allowed the elections to proceed under the old lines anyhow.

Then there are the extreme gerrymandered seats in Ohio, Wisconsin, Florida, Tennessee, Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma etc etc etc

The country is not close to 50-50.

We have voter suppression and gerrymandering at the state level, and we have a structural imbalance at the Senate/state/Electoral college level.

So what's the solution?

Nah. Plenty of disgusting candidates and bulls- disinformation, cheating, and just overall gross-ness, before Trump. He just made it more vivid.

This. GOP's influence is manufactured by their cheating. It's not 50-50. Not even close.

Voting legislation that would require breaking the filibuster to codify independent voting commissions, mail in ballot, election security around voting machines etc. Minimum standards to secure the elections and ensure open voting for ALL eligible voters.

Kinda like happened when Trump won through the electoral system even though he lost the popular vote. Bigly.
