Any tips as to how to reboot after a weekend filled with alcohol, sweets, and no exercise? I feel so

Look in the mirror naked.
Put post it notes all around the kitchen that say NO SUGAR. |
Vegetables. You need the micros and many have diuretic effects and can help the bloat go down. |
It is so hard. My best way to reset is just to keep busy. If I’m busy and moving around, I’m less likely to snack or pig out, and it’s easier to cut calories. Once I cut calories for a few days by staying distracted, my body seems to adjust and I don’t crave junk anymore and all goes back to normal. So get to the gym, even for a short workout, don’t beat yourself up, and just go back to good habits. It’ll even out. |
Read French Women Don't Get Fat book. |
I'm French and I'm fat, your book is crappy lol ![]() |
Drink tons of water and hot tea. Eat protein and vegetables. |
Just eat healthy. There's no rebooting, there's just making better choices. You ate poorly, so now eat better. |
Drink a gallon of water every day. This is good practice even if you're not trying to reboot. I do this on a regular basis (I don't succeed every day) and it does help you feel detox'd, especially after a weekend of lots of carbs, fat, and alcohol. |
I would try a liquid/soup fast OP for a few days. It really works. And yes, drink tons of wate. |
When I need to get back on track, I force myself to "meal prep" three healthy lunches for me to take to work. My go to is a kale and romaine caeser salad with chicken. I just chop up kale and romaine lettuce, add in this yummy Panera salad dressing I buy at the grocery store, and some cooked grilled chicken. Sometimes I'lll add in hard boiled eggs and shredded parmesan cheese. I eat it with an apple and also pack a greek yogurt.
Doing only three meals isn't overwhelming, and it helps motivate me to eat healthy for the rest of the week. |
