even if ENCL showcase looked horrible, it doesn't matter ... ECNL marketing did it's job before it mattered. i haven't seen a photo yet of 50-60 coaches watching a game yet at the same time. 100% didn't see one of 100+

marketing. sure. but facts matter. I am sorry you are bigly mad. My daughter's team yesterday had 126 college coaches at their game. don't care what you ga's say.

I have a 2011 daughter and we went just got back from our first ECNL showcase in NC. We spent the last three years in a GA club. I was shocked how many coaches were there compared to GA events.

126 at one game! Wow! Did you count them all or did they count themselves out-loud! Sounds like every kid on both teams should have their pick of at least 5 college each!

Who a photo. Pick a number that is believable. What team is your DD on that would justify 126 college coaches at a game. A field is 120 yards long. about 35 of those yards are used by the team bench area, center tent, official, etc area. That leaves 85 yards for 126 coaches. Even at 2' space they would have to be lined up on top of each other. No college coach is sitting on the parent side, so don't use that excuse.

I'm sure there were a lot of coaches - but 126 ... come on. Your DD has to have 18 P4 players it sounds like.

You were probably in a showcase GA club. The likes of St.James, NVA and Co.

Also, if you have a 2011 daughter and you just joined ECNL this year, it would make sense you had coaches at your games this year as they are u15. the last three years you would have been u12, u13 and u14 and no college coaches would be scouting those games. So nice try attacking GA again. Noboby is watching ECNL girls at U12, U13 and U14. at U14, maybe 4-6 coaches but likely not at a showcase.

This is NVA's first year in GA, so obviously it wasn't them

Playoffs are not a registered event - only so many teams make playoffs. this is not a showcase. nobody is registering for playoffs.

Ignore the PP. This is the ECNL hat dad who posts incessantly about GA. Most parents don't think twice about GA. It's the one's whose kids are on the bubble at their ECNL team who think about GA and punch down on it to make themselves feel better about their kid's situation.

Yes 10 in Aspire next year for MA South. Carolina Core and TSJ swapped GA/Aspire spots and then Riverbend was added to Aspire.

Top leagues for clubs are ECNL (boys and girls) and MLSN and GA. Argue away as to which of those top leagues are better (hint - it’s all regional). But there is no debate that those are the top level leagues. Are there better teams in RL, than NL and GA? Of course. But the league is not a top league.

Well said. NL and GA provide more exposure. I mean TSJ attended 3 National Events and local RL clubs maybe went to Jeff Cup.
