If you think RL is on par with GA, you didn’t make the NL team and the club sold you a bag of goods to keep your money. RL isn’t a bad league, and it’s probably a great spot for a lot of kids, but it’s not a top league.

Top leagues for clubs are ECNL (boys and girls) and MLSN and GA. Argue away as to which of those top leagues are better (hint - it’s all regional). But there is no debate that those are the top level leagues. Are there better teams in RL, than NL and GA? Of course. But the league is not a top league.

Good to have another Bay Area person on the forum. Rumor is all the coaches and best players going to Silicon Valley. That came from families at sporting.
Best of luck to you guys getting better coaches idk if that changes that the club admins on the boys side hate girls soccer. Which is why they did not ask if anyone wanted to leave GA.

Well said ECNL is top league for girls but would still fall between ECNL at 1 and RL at 2 so let’s call GA 1.5.

Unnecessary trolling. Good and developmental players are in both leagues. Being in ECNL does not automatically mean you are a good player and being in GA does not automatically mean you’re an inferior player. You want to make sure? Put a mix in the field and see for yourself. Players on the turf never lie. Parents and coaches can play politics all they want but once the kid is on the field, parents and coaches get exposed. So enough this nonsense argument.

People want to make it about leagues. But the club itself ultimately matters the most. And the best clubs will be in the best leagues. Like top players, it's where they play that determines everything else. Not the other way around.

- a top career ? Not
- Top School? Not ( list those commitments before arguing please)
