Plenty of healthy people have that weight and height, but most aren't in this overweight country! Relax, OP, it's fine. |
Yes. Although at 115 and 5'1 I have a little flesh on me and could probably get to 101 and have no flesh left. But I'm 2 inches shorter and each inch should weigh an extra 5lbs.
Underweight according to BMI. Why do you ask? Is this your weight or a person you're worried about?
is it the same poster(s) constantly creating the weight threads? i mean, we all know anything about weight and eating habits is like moths to a flame on DCUM.
Maybe, maybe not. Depends on whether or not the woman is this weight with a good diet and exercise routine or if she is hurting herself to achieve it.
I could not weigh that much without losing muscle, so no, for me. For others, if they have a small frame or little muscle? Sure.
Depends a lot on bone structure. Some people are very petite, others are just short with a normal bone structure.
DD is 5'7" and 112. So while thin, it's fine as long as you're healthy.
How old is DD? You have her weight very precisely. |
I'm 5'4 and 110 and have a little flesh on me but not much. I could probably lose 5 pounds. I was 105 before getting married and looking back at photos I was THIN. Losing 10 pounds would be a lot I think. Someone who is that height and 101 is THIN and not just because we are in America.
I'm 5'3 and looked better around 105. When I dropped below that my face started to look gaunt and my ribs and collarbone were pretty prominent.
Damn yes that is TINY. At my wedding, I was 5'4'', 130 lbs, tons of muscle, and wearing a size 2. I cannot imagine ever weighing under 120.
When my 5'3" DD got down to 91 owing to a chronic illness (not an eating disorder), I had to go through a huge mental adjustment to process that it was possible she could die at any time. Mentally, I decided I could stop worrying when she hit triple digits.
Not at all!
