Which summer swim clubs are opening (nova)

Our pool was open all summer with very few restrictions - no masks and the only restriction was capacity of 125. It was great, and guess what? ! Zero cases of Covid.

Yes but based on the ridiculous guidelines the state sent out you would think it a covid hotspot! Nothing makes sense or is consistent. Wear masks (outside!) to your table but not to walking to get into the pool.

What pool?

Did they do it all summer? Honestly we currently have low incidence rates in our area -- so right now, that is safe.

+1, another local pool had to close for a few days for “cleaning”:after a reported case from a member. But they had no transmission at the pool. Ours had nothing.

We opened May 29 and have moved through the phases as allowed. We still follow restrictions (reservations, ~25% capacity at most), but it has gone smoothly and people seem happy.

It’s really irritating that we have to wear masks outside and other restrictions but a pool 1/2 mile away doesn’t and no one shut them down and they weren’t overrun by covid.
