VHSL Boys Lacrosse 2026 Season

Fegan (Woodson) is definitely in the top 10 in NOVA 6A. I don't think I'd replace anyone in the top 5 though. Agreed Schwartz (Langley) would be top 5 if Milone (Langley) goes down.

Ok, Woodson's Junior goalie's mom!

Concorde District Pre-Season Projections -- entertainment purposes

1. Madison: Top level coaching & pipeline of talent year to year
2. Oakton: Will make run at Madison / FAB 5
3. Westfield: Sleeper pick with lot of seniors
4. Chantilly: This could be a mistake dropping them to #4 as returning three strong offensive threats - potential to finish #2
5. Centreville: Returns two of their top scorers so could challenge for #3 or #4 spot if everything clicks
6. South Lakes: Expect another 6th place finish as lost a lot of seniors -- rebuilding for spring 2027

Overall this has to be the worst the Concorde district has ever been talent wise. Maybe the worst 6a has ever been too.

Madison should run away from this district.
Maybe... Chantilly if Madison offense sputters for some reason.

Have to agree. I remember a day when Oakton Tilly Westfield and even Cville would all be in 1-3 goal games with Robo… now those teams are lucky to get within 10

Compared to the other competitive teams in their district they are not looking so good with their mediocre fogo and goalie situation.

They are going to be a special kind of awful. They'll finish 5th, 6th or 7th in Liberty (dependent on who wins the Wakefield and Marshall match-ups).

so will it be langley, yorktown, herndon this year in the liberty district?

I think so. Herndon is interesting. They were knocking on the door last season.

Herndon is probably the team that has the potential to surprise the most and
Pull off some big wins/upsets.

how much did they lose from graduation?

Everyone knows they are good. They aren’t sneaking up on anybody.
