You mean because Landon has beaten such an opponent???

They barely beat 3 of the worst teams in the MIAA and lost to a good team by 1. Give them some credit.

Clever, I’m sure moral victories feel good. There are zero reasons for SJC, GZ and GC to play culver and lawrenceville.

Losing 12-9 to Culver is hardly a reason not to play them.

Moral

Sorry I forgot. Landon only schedules team they can beat. It's all about winning when high school is the Pinnacle for your son.

Christ this tool keeps making me plug for that White Lotus school with the nut job hate. Calm down cowboy. Just a friggin over privileged sport. That Landon is pretty good at this season. Ffs.

Agree that this guy has too much of a hard on for Landon and he should try to relax and enjoy his own son and son's team.

But the White Lotus family actually screams out Landon - the Dad, the Mom, and the older son are how I picture Landon families.

UVA’s been playing club ball this year. Not sure they even get a berth right now unless something changes.

What is club ball?

Lack of discipline, individual over team etc., playing like you’re at a showcase instead of tough but competent play with good ball movement and well executed clears, for example. At least that’s how I’ve seen it described.

Correct. In the case of PVI and Bullis and this years GP , they have a very large contingent of club players from the same team and the same class. They think their summer success playing crap club teams where one kid dodges and redodges for 10+ seconds will win against a more organized and prepared team.

Thank you

St. Albans at st. Andrews FL. Same story for STA, just not enough guys for this level.

Cape Henlopen at Bullis. Should be a breather for Bullis

St. Mary's Ryken (4-1) at Archbishop Curley (0-1). STMR gets another
Potomac School - VA - (1-2) at Porter-Gaud - SC - (5-3). No idea
Gonzaga - DC - (3-3) at Torrey Pines - CA - (5-1). Very tough game for the Eagles.
Our Lady of Good Counsel (4-1) at Tampa Jesuit - FL - (10-1). GC gets one before IMG National
St John's DC - DC - (2-3) at St. Anthony's - NY - (1-0). Sorry SJC, close doesn’t cut it.

If Gonzaga can't beat Torrey Pines today, that will tell us this is one of the weaker GZ teams in recent memory. Torrey Pines is a good program but not on the level of SI up in San Fran. Eagles win by 5.

Still wondering how the Lil Hoyas lost to Saint Christophers from Richmond. Either these four and five-star recruits are all hype by the beat IL writers, or the kids are quitting on the coaching staff. Prep very well could lose to Episcopal or even STA this Spring if they can't figure out the chemistry problems. IAC likely is coming down to Landon v Bullis.

Is there a stream for the SJC - St Anthony's game? I fully anticipate the Cadets will keep this game very close.

I bet prep would win 9 of 10 games against St. Christopher's.

You kids skipping class to troll your buddies on DCUM- let this be a reminder that you can lose on any given day if you don't focus.

Take a look at Torrey pines commit. GZ will be fortunate to win. Their head coach is the top guy for Mad Dog National. Lax families literally move their to play for him.

Prep is just not good this year.

You are what your record shows you are, not by the number of D1 recruits on your roster.

Parents seem to forget, half these kids who have made verbal's / commits don't ever even see the field in college and fizzle out after a year or two of riding the pine.

Not this year, maybe 6/10. Did I hear GP replaced the senior goalie with a freshman after winning the first 2? Have they switched back?
