Are you going to come back? I was looking forward to this. What type of positions do you fill at your search firm. My organization has paid a lot of money the last few years to retained search firms for some very expensive turds.

you’re a pretend executive because it’s part of your job title. Why not work your way up the corporate ladder and earn the reputation as an executive?
