Where to look for stay at home mom who wants to work 1-2 days/week?

Are there mom forums out there where I can post an ad? Looking for 10 hours on-site for organized person to help with admin-side of a business. I thought if I could reach out to SAHM they might be interested. Thank you.

Probably more likely to find something accommodating in retail. It may seem "lowely" but chances of flexibility would be better. Plus, if you work at a store you shop at the discount would be nice. If you're on the fence about it consider trying retail holiday job. The seasonal teens can work Black Friday and Christmas Eve, you've got kids. During college I worked enough holidays and shitty hours because I wasn't going to let a parent miss out on a holiday with their child. That mentality seemed to be shared amongst retail managers in my experiences.

If you are flexible on timing, for example, someone could choose to work 9:30 to 2:30 on two days of his or her choice, then yes, I am sure MANY SAHP would jump at that. No real advice about where to post--any neighborhood Facebook pages? Or Mom's groups? Even if you are not a member, you could get someone to post for you.

If you're looking for someone who can give you a couple of five-hour days a week, you'll have to target SAHMs of elementary and older kids, those with younger kids in preschool aren't going to have that kind of availability. I agree with posting on Nextdoor and similar, because then you'll also hit retirees who might be looking to pick up a small number of work hours each week to stay engaged.

OP Here -- It would be in a small business (dental practice) in N. Bethesda -- working to help set-up more efficient flow of private office of the dentist. Main task would be filing and processing insurance claims. Other tasks include helping develop systems for tracking which patient reports have been written, helping to manage paper clutter including developing color-coding systems. Picturing a SAHM whose a quick-study, organized, and efficient and understands how to read explanation of benefits.

You could post in Craigslist, too. I'm a SAHM always looking for the elusive 9:30-2:30 jobs and I frequently check Craigslist. FB moms groups in your area are also a good idea.

Post as a PT position on CL or a local listserv. Rather than use the term "SAHM" (or moms, thus suggesting you only want female applications) I would say instead something along the lines of the position is perfect for a stay at home parent looking for part-time work, or someone returning to the work force after a hiatus. (eg, you might get an empty nester looking for part time work).
