Carrie Bradshaw thought so, even if he stood her up at their wedding. The show definitely portrayed him as if he was the ultimate catch, worth Carries highs and lows as she pursued him.
Would you date a Mr.Big? |
So...you just posted the "why is SJP's skin so bad" thread, right? |
Would I date him? No, I think he's old and creepy and not very good looking,
BUT I can see how others would think he is, especially if you like the "runs hot and cold" type. He has a lot of money, a lot of women find him good looking (and compared to SJP he sure is), and he's good socially- very charming and popular. I tend to date younger men so none of that would work for me but I can see the appeal. A younger version of him- sure. I don't know I would put up with his constant mind games though |
No way
Aiden all the way. It's never best to be the one who loves more in a relationship. |
No |
No. I found nothing attractive about him. i never understood how Carrie could like him in the early seasons, but by the end of the show it occurred to me that Carrie is pathetic and shallow. So in that way, they were made for each other. |
You know he wasnt a catch OP. He was a jerk. |
No. He was a jerk. But, he's one of those guys that many women would continue to put up with his sh1te because he was rich and good looking. |
Nah. Harry was the catch on that show. |
I thought Trey was. Sexless marriage where I'm allowed to step out? Sign me the hell up. But then again I'm a WASP so maybe tolerance of that is in our DNA |
+1 |
I get why he was sexy, but I'm a relationship type. That wishy washy stuff would turn me off fast. |
I watched the show a very long time ago and remember I liked Jack Berger the most. Probably says a lot about my attraction to unstable men. Married to one and wish I was turned on by reliable and less neurotic men. |
Ew!!!!! Even after the break up? |
I loved Harry, but Smith was the real catch. |
