So what aspects of the photo were fake? Fo we know? Did they splice in her head from a photo of another time?

First -- yeah they do. But also, that's explicable. It surprises no one that a public person would photoshop a photo to make themselves look better or younger. And if they'd just photoshopped a photo of Kate and the kids to make her or them look younger or more attractive, people would gossip but it wouldn't be a full blown conspiracy theory. In fact that is exactly what happened when they released the holiday photo last year that had some glaring photoshop errors in it -- people joked about it online but there were no conspiracy theories. It was just a dumb, funny thing. That's also the deal with Harry's hair -- it's just silly vanity, whatever.

Trust me, if Meghan or Harry disappeared from public view for months and their people started issuing strange and inconsistent explanations for it, and then they posted a photo of their family online that appeared to be heavily edited NOT to make anyone look more attractive but to disguise something amiss with the photo, and also was maybe taken in another year but they claimed it was a few days old, people would be losing their minds and I feel pretty confident would be MUCH more critical of H&M for doing it.

This is very different from photoshopping in a slightly fuller hairline.

Looking at it with the divorce angle, he's side is being weird. KP mentioned him focusing on work and their sources correcting the stories that Kate’s mom was doing the school runs. Idk what's going on but it does feel like a tug of war.

I wanted to believe it was just her taking her sweet time recovering from a minor procedure but I think this is more likely the underlying issue.

The paparazzi pictures are more interesting now. Was it Carole/Kate ruining the plans for the Mother’s Day release?
