It doesn't matter who the actors are behind all these incidents, Israeli atrocities in the ME (that are allowed by western governments) is the principal reason why events like this happen. So why not manufacture consent to justify militarization of countries in order to prepare them to possibly attack created enemies? Israelis have a strategy, western countries just react to it.
According to Robert Pape 95% of suicide attacks are triggered by foreign ground forces or occupation.
The jewish populations in each of these countries as well as in ours, pushed by their respective ADLs—the CCOJB in Belgium's case, continue to uniquely center themselves as a manufactured marginalized group that needs constant protection. Norm Finkelstein has talked about this strategy.
And it begs the question, why does one group of people all around the world spend so much money having different organizations in individual countries trying to foment perpetual victimization? Especially a group of people that will label you with hate crimes because they insist on not being described as a monolith?
And this isn't about supporting Iran, Venezuela, or Cuba, or denying that some people died. So don't move the goalpost.

Soldiers were deployed on the streets of leading Belgian cities on Monday to bolster security for the Jewish community following antisemitic attacks in Belgium and the Netherlands, including an antisemitic arson attack in Antwerp on Monday night.
The deployment, in collaboration with federal police, will provide security at Jewish sites, including synagogues and schools.
Coordination Committee of Jewish Organizations in Belgium (CCOJB) said the measures offer Belgian Jews greater peace of mind.
“This step sends an important signal that the protection of Jewish life is a priority and that concrete action is being taken in the face of rising antisemitism,” said the European Jewish Congress.
