1. Tucker continues to lie for the Russian government. 2. Gonzalo Lira wasn't a "journalist," - he had no press credentials and no history of ever working for any credible press agency or news outlet. 3. Gonzalo Lira wasn't known for "journalism" - he was known for being "Coach Red Pill" - basically a grifting Andrew-Tate wannabe Youtuber who gave sleazy, misogynistic "dating advice" for incels. 4. He was arrested for a number of offenses, to include providing Ukrainian troop positions to Russia. Ukraine gave him due process in accordance with law and let him out on bail but while out on bail, Lira then committed additional offenses along with trying to flee prosecution, resulting in a second arrest and no bail (as he was already a demonstrated flight risk). 5. He wasn't "tortured to death" - he was already in lousy health when he was arrested, he was a heavy smoker and drinker, and died from pneumonia and pulmonary edema. |

Russia’s Jan. 2 missile attack on civilian targets in Ukraine cost Russia more than $620 million dollars.
Russia’s December 29th attack cost Russia over $750 million. Result? - Ukraine is just as strong as before. Go home Ivan; you are clearly drunk. |

Things just get better and better for Russia.
"Unprecedented inflation for basic foods has Russians queuing for eggs – Soviet-style" "The cost of eggs and chicken meat is hitting all-time highs in Russia and shortages have been recorded nationwide." "Compared to last year, bananas have increased in price by 47%, oranges by 80%, and tomatoes by more than 120%. The problem is so acute that Russian media watchdog Roskomnadzor felt the need to block the popular Russian website Prices Today, which had been documenting the escalating inflation." https://news.yahoo.com/unprecedented-inflation-basic-foods-russians-130400149.html "on Jan. 11 that, thanks to Western weapons, Ukraine “downed 26 helicopters in a day.” "26 Russian helicopters, 12 planes destroyed on ground, not in the air" https://www.yahoo.com/news/26-russian-helicopters-12-planes-151600545.html "The ones with us are afraid to come out. Half the brigade won't go out to fight," the Chechen soldier said, according to Gerashchenko's English subtitles. "They refuse. They don't do anything." https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/half-of-pro-russia-brigade-refuses-to-fight-soldier-says/ar-AA1mTcrZ "Russian city builds defences at bus shelters against Ukrainian attacks" https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/russian-city-builds-defences-bus-shelters-against-ukrainian-attacks-2024-01-12/ "a video of the Russian president addressing residents in Chukotka" "the Russian president's right hand held tightly onto the chair leg as he spoke" "he did not just pull up a chair but appeared to be holding on to it for dear life" https://www.newsweek.com/putin-russia-clinging-chair-video-chukotka-1859716 Yeah. I would too. |
The poor Russian people. When will Putin end this madness and just admit defeat? |
The clock is ticking and time is running out on Putin and his minions. 2024 will be the year Ukraine turns the tide and people will finally understand that Biden is right -- this is a civilizational struggle against tyranny and despotism to make the world safe for Democracy. |

It's also clear that diplomacy and negotiation are a fool's errand. Putin MUST be defeated. |
I strongly favor diplomatic solutions usually but it is impossible for Ukraine to negotiate with this greedy, amoral war criminal who lies, gas lights, and misrepresents his intentions and actions. |

The Ukrainians basically say the same thing: "The second – much more unexpected – obstacle for agreements with the Russians flew to Kyiv on April 9. As soon as the Ukrainian negotiators and Abramovich/Medinsky agreed on the construction of a possible agreement in general terms, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom appeared in Kyiv almost without warning Boris Johnson. "Johnson brought two simple mesetas to Kyiv: Putin – is a war criminal, he should be oppressed, not negotiated with. And the second – if you are ready to sign any warranty agreements with him, then we – no. We can with you, but not with him, he will still throw everyone", – summarizes the essence of Johnson's visit, one of the approximate Zelensky. According to this visit and Johnson's words, there is much more to it than a simple reluctance to get involved in agreements with Russia. The collective West, which in February invited Zelensky to surrender and flee, now felt that Putin was not really as omnipotent as he was imagined. Moreover, right now there is a chance to "shake him". And the West wants to use it. Three days after the happy ruler Vasilkovsky rooster Johnson flew back to the Foggy Albion, Putin went to the public and said talks with Ukraine "came into a dead end"." https://www.pravda.com.ua/articles/2022/05/5/7344096/ |

The reasons “NATO” and “the west” and Russian imperialism and colonialism aren’t at odds. |
Except for that whole Russian troop rape and kidnap thing. Or maybe using incendiary weapons on civilian apartment buildings. Or maybe if you just put aside all morals? The problem is that this generation of Russians are so brainwashed that most of the sane Russians already fled the country. I doubt many left in-country care or even have a moral conscious anymore? On one hand, Russia is in a food crisis. "shops in some regions are now selling them individually, for up to 20 Russian rubles (23 cents) an egg, according to the Telegraph. Other basic foods, including bananas, oranges, and tomatoes, have also soared in price over the past year due to massive labor-market shortages, soaring energy costs, and the plunging ruble." https://www.businessinsider.com/vladimir-putin-russia-economy-egg-price-crisis-soviet-union-ukraine-2024-1 Even the Russian Government's solution to the food crisis, is causing it's own crisis. "More than one-fifth of the eggs imported from Turkey were found to be infected with the highly contagious H5N1 avian influenza, as well as other dangerous ailments including salmonella and botulism" https://www.newsweek.com/russia-egg-crisis-nato-turkey-export-backfires-h5n1-bird-flu-1860155 You would think this would turn Public opinion against Putin. I believe it will with educated in the cities, but not with the rural population. This video will help explain why. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RzBS2hdXI14 I believe that Russia is a pressure cooker, with a lid welded on by Putin. The more the pressure builds... well. |
The video about rural Russian overwhelming support for Putin was interesting. Most of them appear totally brainwashed (“we need to finish off the scum fascists” “Russia is strong because we destroy many American vehicles” “Our president is making us victorious” etc I fear for the elderly gentleman who said that he does not support the unnecessary war or the harm done to Ukrainians. I hope that he does not end up in a jail in Siberia. There is no free press left in Russia and all political opposition has been removed so it was courageous of the older man to express disagreement with Putin. |
