Jimothy?

We're pregnant with DC #3 (due in Sept) and it's a boy! We'd like to make him a junior (DH is Timothy), but already have two girls with "J" names and don't want to break the pattern. I know it's a "combo" name, but IMO it has a nice ring to it! And he could use NN Jim if he's not happy with it.

Thoughts?

Um, sure.

I'm not sure if this is a troll or not. But that is awful. Don't name a child Jimothy.

I'm sure everyone will give you a resounding yes.

What is wrong with Timothy?!

Nice try. Larla won't be repeated.

I was just talking to a guy at work who is the fourth Walter in his family. He HATES it. He gave me an emphatic "Hell NO!" when I asked if he made his oldest son the fifth Walter. "No, I let him have his own identity."

Name your kid Jordan or Jesse or Jamie or James or Jonathan or Joseph. Jimothy is nuts.

Hahahahah!

How about James Timothy?

What's wrong with Tames?

Absolutely not. It sounds like a joke. James Timothy is great.

Oh ugh to the name and ugh to three kids with J names. Gag. Poor kid. Omg. Don't even go with a different J name. Wow.

I like this! We could still call him Jimothy at home, but it gives him an "out" if he dislikes it. - OP

Why ugh? We recently moved back to the midwest, it's much more relaxed than DC. My older DD goes to school with a few "all M" sibsets. I don't see the issue. - OP

Love it! Or Jedward.
