No matter how you spin it's still the exact same player pool at every age group. Some slight differences in how they are distributed across teams but in the end no teams will be drastically better or more competitive nationally. Because it's the same players.

12s - crickets

10's - they want 1 from FVU but could land 3

08's - is going to be "special" team nattty or bust

It's now or never for the Arlington 2011's. If they don't get it done this year, their window is gonna close. The new coach is making some interesting decisions, and VDA will be there to capitalize.

FVU 09s will be very good if tru on how many from NVA went over. Also pretty sure a lot of the NVA girls are traps so may help 2010s the following year.

Sorry to be a downer but an ECNL championship title (the “natty”) is all but unattainable for northern Virginia. Only one Virginia team has ever done it — McLean U18/19 girls in 2018. No Maryland teams have ever won one too. You have to have a team where each of the 18 players is like the best of the best and our local teams only usually have 4-5 top players at most.
