War with Iran

Well good luck with that. It's clear Trump was very wrong with his gamble that regime change will occur. Instead the Strait of Hormuz will remain closed. The Persian Gulf becomes an Iranian lake. And Iran will sprint toward nuclear weapons. America's decision to start a war with Iran will go down as the worst geopolitical gambit in modern history. The idiocy of Republicans today is breathtaking. Only three more years to go.

We’re closing in on the 1000 days to go mark. But still far too long if Congress doesn’t find its big boy pants.

So he's back himself into a 'no win' corner and is now pretending (per usual via social media) that negotiations took place. Let's see what Iran now does, one way or the other, with his lies.

Is this the stage of dementia where Trump's handlers are giving him the phone with an "Iranian negotiator" on the line?

It's not going to be possible to fix everything Trump destroyed. But I'm sure people will be screaming within a month if the next president doesn't Just magically reverse all the damage.

It really annoys me when people equate being mad the US started a war we didn't need to with being an Iranian sympathizer. I simply didn't think it was the right decision to preemptively strike the country with no imminent threat. Of course the Iranian regime is not a positive force but us meddling with them only makes us more entangled.

I was referring to the idiot who claimed Israel attacked Diego Garcia as a false flag, while we all know it was Iran and has been reported in multiple sources as being Iran. There was no false flag. THAT is an Iranian regime sympathizer.

Of course, of course! It’s not as if we’ve learned days, weeks, months, and sometimes years later that what we thought to be the case initially was dead wrong. No, no - of course! Etch it in stone that Iran was responsible.

You report back when all international sources agree it was Israel. For now, that's just wishful thinking in your crazy imagination.

You’ll do anything to defend your community even if it’s abroad but not America.

Not my community, dunce. But if I had to choose between aligning myself with Israel or with Iran, I would definitely choose Israel. And no need for you to feign outrage, because it's clear you've chosen to champion the Iranian regime.

DP Sure, of course you’re not an Israeli propagandist, Jan. Totally not.

Look, you can think whatever you want but the propaganda being spread on this thread is transparently that of Iran. So I guess that makes you and your little cabal Iranian propagandists and terrorist sympathizers. I mean, the thread is completely monopolized by you psychopaths. Or maybe there are just a few who post over and over. Regardless, this is Iranian regime central and it’s disgusting.

Lmao…”Wah, everyone is wrong but me!”

😂 So much projection! Have you reread all of your nutty posts?

What’s your daily quota for flaccid posts vs. hysterical reports to try to silence others? Does the boiler room boss set minimums, or is it structured with incentives and such?

For sure. Trump has killed American hegemony which will be a permanent drag on our economy. Even if Congress wakes up today, the best it can do is staunch the bleeding. But the damage is too deep.

He only gets 60 days until congress has to approve, and ain’t no way this can be fixed. It will take years to get back to where the works was a month ago.

From where I stand, it doesn’t seem realistic at all to expect that he will start following what we all thought were Constitutional guard rails now.

At best, he views the 90-day threshold or deadline to seek authorization as advisory, but completely subject to his own whim.

It’s a playmobil phone that they painted black. He keeps it next to the black Nerf football with the red button glued on that they told him launches missiles.

People need to stop trying to guess the evil master plan behind this. There isn’t one, Netanyahu goaded Trump into this thinking if they killed Khameini the regime would fall, when that didn’t happen they started to panic as they can’t back out without some sort of symbolic win.

Epstein.

Israel has the photos and videos of Trump molesting children.

That's why we are spending $1 billion a day doing Israel's bidding.

DP. Your idiotic conspiracy theories are noted. As usual.

Where's that meme of Inigo Montoya? You don't know WTF "conspiracy theories" mean if you think either claim is incorrect.

not really they will run out of missiles and fuel soon
Heads up, this is a proxy war between us and Russia. Israel and Iran will fight. We will bleed our $1M weapons to defend Israel. Russia will provide $10k drones to attack Israel.

On the other side, China will restrict rare earths and fertilizer so our military stocks and economy can't heal.

They are planning to slowly bleed us dry, dummy.

There is no inidication that is happening

Looks like he intends to walkaway. The result will be Iran leveraging their control over the Strait of Hormuz to extract massive payouts from the Gulf Countries and all tankers passing through. Iran will be very rich as a result, especially since oil prices will remain well above $100 a barrel for a very long time. And Iran will have nuclear weapons within three years. There is nothing stopping them now. Another wonderful victory brought to you by MAGA.

Cue MAGA bleating some confounding theory as to why the Iran War was brilliant tangled up with some bs about the transitory nature of high gas prices helping clean out something something.

At this point it's not going to fix the situation but at least he won't be making it worse, I guess. There is no undoing this.
