You do not need Alan Jackson to have a trial attorney with basic competence.

He's either throwing the case or he's been out of the courtroom for awhile and is in cognitive decline. either way I would expect an ineffective assistance of counsel claim, though I doubt it will prevail.

I’m remember reading about ineffective counsel at some point and it was a pretty high bar. Like, not calling witnesses that were banging down the lawyers door saying they could give the defendant an alibi. Etc

Based on wikipedia, I really don't think his conduct reaches the limits of ineffective assistance of counsel.

I just watched the body cam video of BB in the ambulance and at the hospital (same as the audio played in court). His crying is so fake and phony and his tone changes when he's asked questions, like when he's fake crying and then they ask him what agency he works for and his tone goes back to normal "Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service" and then back to fake crying.

If I can indulge the forum,

Was the person typing on the phone and laptop using incognito mode(or similar)?

I would assume they did to minimize the risk that Christine used the laptop / phone to visit a site starting with "fe" or reviewed the growing history of the device.

I was thinking that too and I remember Juliana saying something about BB using Anonymous mode and I think she meant incognito.

started with Whitestone, Brent, Young & Merrill, too. BB would have been much better with the attorneys at that firm.
