A lot of DC's homeless aren't even from DC originally. Why do we want to house them in one of the most expensive places in the country, and one of the places that is far more acreage-constrained than virtually anywhere else in the country? They should build facilities for the homeless in a lower-cost area. It could also provide needed jobs for that area.
