I'd be glad to have him as a neighbor as we need people who understand the laws wrt HOAs to make sure they don't over step. This HOA has clearly overstepped more than once. In my neighborhood it is usually the older retired homeowners who are more familiar with the laws and speak up. I watched a portion of the hoa meeting that the poster keeps posting. The emotionally manipulative comments from the homeowners are embarrassing. I include the mom who cried at the thought of losing her parking space. They do everything they can to avoid the actual issue and try to make this something it isn't. The pathetic manipulation is disgusting. They know the hoa had no right to assign them these spaces. That members of the board benefitted is particularly disgusting. PY your hoa board is an embarrassment. |

I listened to more of that ridiculous board meeting where entitled "ungaraged" neighbors who benefit from the illegally taken parking spaces actually accuse Frank of targeting them and accuse him of not representing them as a board member.
The way these selfish fools contort themselves to make this ok is beyond humorous. He's speaking up against something that is wrong that benefits them and yet they complain he isn't a good board member because he won't continue supporting an act that benefits them only. I wish the Post would pay attention to this. |
I'm not Frank either, don't live in Alexandria and totally agree with this poster. I've seen the same thing in my HOA - manipulative board members who bad-mouth anyone who speaks up about following the HOA's declaration and terrible legal counsel who just tell the board what it wants to hear. Those power-hungry nutjobs lost a lawsuit over their non-compliance a few years ago, continue to lose money working with the same counsel and still haven't learned their lesson. Pure arrogance mixed with a healthy dose of strong stupidity = toxic HOA board. |
If I lived there I would sue the real culprits - the HOA's legal counsel - for malpractice. |
Maybe they could get some of the money they spent on legal fees back in damages? |

Hilarious to read Francis talk to himself back and forth on this thread and try to create the illusion that someone supports his idiotic lawsuit. In reality, Nobody does — as evidenced by the total lack of anyone at board meetings speaking in support of it or anyone willing to join the lawsuit.
The entire community is united AGAINST Francis, who just wastes everyone’s time and money on his silly obsession over a parking spot. |
I one of the previous posters and am not Frank. You need therapy. I wouldn't tolerate an HOA board who operates as yours does. You all sound like entitled children in the posted board meeting video. |
After watching the board meetings I have a good guess who the unhinged poster is. He could barely communicate and seems less educated than the other members. Are you in the military Mr. Frank hater? |
I think I know who he is too. Has a gay son. Doubt he knows it, though. |
| The media is going to pick this up and the biggest repurcussions will be suffered by the lunatic obsessed with Frank. Just watch. It's coming. |

Dear David Knerr,
I am writing to express my concern about your advice to Frank regarding not pursuing something unlawful. Are you still a licensed attorney in Virginia ? |
This sounds EXACTLY like something Frank would say. It demonstrates the type of person we’re dealing with. |
| Can someone please post the complaint? |
Think before you do business with this guy. https://mmbk.law/attorneys/david-c-knerr/david-knerr/ |
| No matter who's side you're on, please stop posting people's names on this thread. That's not playing fair and it could cause real-life problems. If someone wants his/her name given to the public, let them do it themselves. |
