I am guessing you haven't seen Ted in a while. |
They do, at least in theory. That’s Nina Albert, the new DC deputy mayor for planning & economic development (DMPED). She joined from the GSA where her decision to overrule a selection panel and choose Greenbelt as the FBI HQ site has drawn a lot of scrutiny. She previously handled real estate for Metro, which as it turns out owns much of the Greenbelt site, so there are conflict of interest questions. It’s likely that Ms Albert is distracted in her new job by congressional inquiries into her last one. |
Bowser’s former economic development chief also got caught with his pants down.

Yep … a marketing spaz. If you have a team in DC you name it the “Chesapeake Swamp “ Covers the whole mid Atlantic with a nod to DC It’s like they can’t even see the opportunities. |
Did he put a rubber band on his stomach? |
TBF he already had one of those. |
Maybe they think the fleece vest look is cute and for them it Trumps Youngkin’s view of reproductive freedom? |
You mean he can write well, so that rules out a DCPS education. |
And they will probably fly into IAD.
|
You take that back! DC has the bestest schools. |
A disproportionate number may be Incels. |
Yet another crime! |
You need to recall council. They co trol budget approval and they alll have their head in the sand about crime. Charles Allen ran unopposed. Nadeau is useless. |

These type of things are riddled with mines. It opens up the bulk of the Baltimore - Washington statistical metropolitan area population above the Potomac River open to additional franchises. In Laurel say… the Chesapeake Bullets or FEDs ( lol) and Chesapeake Swamp will probably be more valuable than the wizards and capitals. The new Md Gov is probably rubbing his hands together |
| If people want to go to a game they will go, it doesn’t matter if it’s in va. Hockey fans are raving and it seems like most come from southern Maryland already. |
