The current building looks drab. The proposed design looks modern but trendy and may actually seem dated by the time it is completed.

The current arean does not have a brick facade. Not even close.

I believe it’s gray brick. It may look like drab concrete because of the color and the decades of accumulated soot and grime.

It’s looks drab because the style looks like an airport terminal or convention center.
