I did not! She did look familiar. Thanks for pointing that out. I think she was recently on a cake or fake show on Netflix with her husband.

I did and I felt bad for her. She was barely more than an extra, although paid more I think because she had lines. She was in Hangover and some other things after RW, wasn’t she?

Yeah nothing significant. Sin City 2, Big Hero 6.

Frank: Oh, sure. You’re speculating in a comic mode.

Karl: In a humorous vein. We’re not gonna let that little princess screw things up, right, Frank? Gerri’s gonna block me. I want out. I want my f*ckin’ package.
I am halfway in on a Greek island with my brother in law.

Gerri: Say, what’s up, boys?

Sounds like they’re talking about Gerri.

Gerri is hardly a princess. It was Shiv.

That doesn't make sense, though. Why would they refer to her, and not Kendall or Roman? Why single her out?

Because she royally messed things up prior. And she was a major beatch to everyone when she got a taste of power. She wasn't business smart.

But no one was talking about her taking charge. It just doesn't track. If it had been Shiv's name on the piece of paper, yes. But it was Kendall's.

I was mystified when I watched this, and still not at all clear!

My true opinion is that someone f*cked up the closed captions/subtitles, and wrote "princess" instead of "princes." When I was watching the show I heard "princes." I think they were referring to Ken and Roman. But this error has made everyone think they're talking about a woman.

DP. I also heard "that little princess" from Karl. It doesn't make sense as "that little princes" so I don't think he could have been referring to Kendall and Roman. Plus the way Karl/Frank/Gerri present it to the kids is that it's just Kendall.

I think Shiv's name was on the paper and they found a way to remove it because they did not want her in charge, and they decided to present it to the kids with just the Kendall stuff which was ambiguous (underlines or crossed out). It's more clever than just burning the paper because that way if it turns out anyone knows about it's existence, Frank won't get in trouble since everyone knows he's an executor and had access to the safe. It keeps things ambiguous, which makes it more likely that the kids will fight amongst themselves and screw things up.

I mean, we'll see -- I could be wrong about all this because they intentionally don't show us Frank/Karl/Gerri deciding how to handle the paper. They show us them talking about maybe getting rid of it, and then show us the scene where they show it to the kids. But there was definitely a conversation in between where they made a decision about how to proceed, and we don't know how that conversation went down. I think there's a very good chance they did something shady.

But that makes no sense. "That little princes" is not grammatically correct in a really obvious way. Plus, according to the later scene, the paper doesn't even mention Roman, just Kendall. There would be no reason to assume Kendall would share the role with Roman out of goodwill or expediency. So if the paper just said Kendall, why wouldn't he say "that little prince"?

I think he said princess and that he was referring to a penciled in instruction regarding either Shiv OR Kerry. Which they removed.

I believe they were going for the ambiguous.

It was her name that was penciled in! That’s why ken’s is crossed out.

It's possible the were talking about Gerri, but once she walked in while Frank was holding the piece of paper in his hand there was no way to deflect. I would have to watch it again.

The 2 old dudes and Gerri knew that they can better control Kendall and roman than Shiv

Good read and I agree with you.

My only reality quibble is that it's really hard to erase even pencil so that it's totally gone. But I will set that aside.

Oh please. Seinfeld was on way too long too. It was too zany and not funny by the end.

Erasing is too sloppy and obvious. Which female character's name could have been altered to look like "Greg"? Then they add a "?"

Think about it -- makes no sense at all that Greg's name was there. I'm betting Geri was altered. Then again, he asked Roman to fire her.

Or that is the piece of paper where he wrote something about Kerry, so she is the Princess in a position to screw things up. It's what they were all saying on the plane.

I haven't heard this anywhere, but it tracks. We know the safe was upstairs and Kerry really wanted to go up there. Hmmm.

It makes more sense to me that he had crossed out Kendall and pencilled in Kerri. Then the old guard erased Kerri.

Remember Kerri was talking about a piece of paper -- maybe this was it.

It makes sense to me that Logan would have done this after his last in person meeting with the three kids -- remember him saying that they were not serious people, with disgust? He was fed up with all of them. Maybe he actually did mean to put Kerri in charge, though that's a little crazy itself also. But understood in the course of these events, kind of makes sense.

Maybe Roman will get in touch with Kerri to try to understand what his dad was thinking on the day he died, and figure some of this out. He has seen the paper so if they talk about it she might get Roman to understand that's the paper she was talking about. This would also explain why she was so frantic about it.
