SJC boosters, is the schedule posted on Inside Lacrosse complete? (no IMG Academy or boarding teams from New England)

Great to see Bullis and St John's scheduled to duke it out this Spring. IAC Champs vs WCAC Champs... great job coaches in making this happen. !

That's because SJC lacrosse will not be as strong this year as they were last. They might even loose to Gonzaga, only time will tell. The WCAC championship is definitely up in the air.

Bullis and Prep will be the two best teams in the area this spring, you can count on that.

SJC, while very good, comes back down to reality. WCAC will be a toss-up between Gonzaga and SJC.

How is DeMatha supposed to be this Spring, are they on the rise?

Not an SJC parent, but have been around long enough to know if you have a top flight fogo and goalie, you’re gonna be a tough out. SJC has both.

Cadets also have the best attackman in the entire 2024 class and one of the top middies in the entire 2023 class. Lots of wishful thinking on here from the purple eagle boosters

Agree. Gonzaga is a pale shadow of its former self under Casey. St John's for the sweep of the season and playoff's.

I'm a purple eagle booster but I agree with this, SJC has to be the favorite until proven otherwise. Still strong at FOGO, goalie and attack.

Are they though? Gonzaga was awful in Casey's final season, you would have thought his players would have given it all for him during his last campaign. To me, other programs are on the rise (SJC, Prep, and Bullis in particular) and Gonzaga has stayed the course.

Not sure you would consider any of the programs "on the rise?" SJC was number one over all and what would be the next level? Prep and Bullis are historically strong programs.

No one knew he was retiring until he did it at the start of the last school year.

You need to ask the Prep administration that question. They told the coach he wasn’t playing SJC this year. Apparently they have lost some players to SJC they felt they should have at Prep and they blame the recent results on the field. SJC would have handled them again. Like they have the last 4 or 5 times they have played.
