That stuck out to me too. I am very often on two different Gmail accounts one for an organization I run and one personal. I flip between the two screens regularly. Every now and then I have to sign back in, but I can receive mail at the same time on both accounts as long as they’re open in different tabs.

Who’s to say that Brendan had not brought up fetlife to Christine. Like maybe as a way to renew/spice things up between them? It doesn’t mean she set up an account but that would account for any Google searches. Obviously there’s no way to prove any of that. However, any number of things could’ve happened between the two of them leading up to the murders. What I don’t understand is how she never received any alerts. Was he that good?

That’s not hard to manage at all. It doesn’t take any kind of genius to manage this particularly if the victim has no reason to be concerned.

FTR I don’t think he can say anything to get an acquittal, but if he does anything other than tell his original story the jury is going to despise him even more than they already do.

I think this witness is a private investigator hired by the defense.

I’d like to see the entire screen of cb’s email. The defense witness is saying cb would have seen the 2 factor authentication emails in her inbox as they weren’t deleted. If she had a full busy in box she could miss those. I’d love to see all the data related to these accounts

Ie he’s implying she had to know about these accounts because they were set up on her devices and they requires 2 factor authentication and those emails we still on her devices.

He actually can’t say that they weren’t deleted. This witness referred to the witness yesterday saying it was deleted but the witness yesterday (Miller?) said he couldn’t see whether something was deleted from the image defense counsel showed him.

Thanks for pointing that out but I thought I heard him say that they weren’t deleted. You can also set up a routine to automatically log in to apps because now he’s testifying that cell tower data shows bb and the nanny were in different places outside of tithe house while someone logged into the account from the house.

I thought Juliana had testified that he made new email accounts in Christine's name for these accounts. That makes sense, as if I were signing up for those sketchy sites I would not use my regular real name email either. I assume Brendan had complete control over the accounts used.

But if it somehow was her real email, even if the emails weren't deleted, he'd have to have opened the 2FA emails to login, so they wouldn't be showing on Christine's end as new/unread mail, and it would be easier for her to miss or ignore them.
