College registration numbers for all showcases never mirror who actually shows up. This is true for ECNL and GA. Only the event organizers have the actual numbers.

This is hardly anything to argue over.

BTW, read the book, How to Lie with Statistics.
-It’s easy to do, especially when you can’t cite credible and transparent sources.

What exactly are you looking to happen? In the grand scheme of things, it's really a big nothing. There are rumors every where for everything. Fifty lashes with a wet noodle is appropriate.

No, more than anything it calls into question everything ihatesoccer or imyouthsoccer dork ever posts.

100% paid for nonsense on par with paid for posting soccerwire.

no different than the false stats ga post about college coaches attendance

So now, you question numbers? But the IYS guy's are just amazing, then? Nothing wrong with questioning them but you should have evidence.

agree. GA shouldn't post stating 50% increase in D1 when their very own event websites numbers don't align.

Now you are misinforming. They said 50% in P4, not D1.

it increased by 3 coaches. that's not 50%. facts matter

That's TOTAL coaches. Within that mix of coaches, they said the number of P4 was up 50%. Entirely possible.

It's just good propaganda to hype up OR criticize a league in social media marketing.

Which is why both leagues took down the pages on their sites showing commitrment numbers by year.

GA gains/losses will never be good enough for the agenda people and ECNL losses/gains however small/large they might be are again never enough for the agenda people.

And then you have the iamsoccerdorks of the world posting cherry picked data which the uneducated use to prop up their agendas.

ECNL is a marketing company.

ECNL is like an ivy league school that takes the best students in the country and puts most of them into prestigious careers. It's not content with being good at that, so it discredits the public university down the street. The students and their parents aren't content with being at an ivy league, so they make fun of public university students.

GA is the strong public university that provides a good education and produces a number of industry leaders but for most graduates they're not going to have a prestigious career. They try to lean on their top students and claim they're just as good as the private school. The parents get worked up when someone says that the public university isn't as good as the ivy league school.

This is solid but you lost some of it with the end.

ECNL middle to bottom is a low level public school but their parents and students claim they are an Ivy League school. So instead of 10 IVY league schools, ECNL wants everyone to believe there is 130 IVY Leagues.

There ... fixed it for you.
