Can I file a complaint with HR since our admin came in with the flu?

I am all for her teleworking, but her boss (the one who signs her timesheet) won't allow it.

Really? she used up all her sick and vacation leave cavorting with her fiancé. I drag my tired ass in here instead of staying home. Why should she get one minute of my hard saved leave?

She had 19 days of leave. She used it all up on vacation, didn't save any for sick leave. How is that the fault of those of us who are more prudent and don't want her getting us sick?
