| What exactly does he want for America? |
| An eradication of income inequality. |
For whom? |
| No nations and no borders anywhere in the world. |
| I thought you get to ditch the tinfoil when you win an election. Guess not. |
| Can someone explain the George Soros crap? Why do right-wingers thing he's funding all the protests / protestors? Where did that particular lie come from? |
Soros was a big financial backer of MoveOn.org during the GWB years. He's had his hands in a few PACs too. That said he's no different than the 100+ billionaire families that have PACs that support the GOP. Mostly, I think the right wing attacks him so much because of underlying anti-Semitism (he's a foreign Jew in banking...) |
| John Birch Society redux. |
I doubt that card. |
WTF? So, is he going to give up his billions and spread the wealth? |
|
"An eradication of income inequality."
"No nations and no borders anywhere in the world." He wants the latter, and pays lip service to the former. Globalism accelerates income inequality. I don't think an intellectually honest person can simultaneously be for both without serious caveats. He's a guy with an intense fear of nationalism. That's understandable for someone who escaped Nazi Germany. But unrestrained globalism is a major factor in why the US and Europe are suddenly in the throes of a nationalism uprising. |
He's just doing what he can to limit his estate tax exposure. The rest if just a jobs program. |
If that's the case, I want to know how to get my cut. |
Poor people do not need charity, they need justice. He wants a just society. |
No one pour that kind of money into something simply to get a 'just society'. What he wants is power. |
