What kind of woman teaches at a Montessori preschool?

She is the "site director" of a infant-6 year old Montessori preschool, we have not ever met yet but have been communicating over email. I am in a very different line of work so I'm not sure if this would be a conflict of interest.

Your question confuses me a bit. I have been reading a Montessori book recently so based on that, I'd say that someone who teaches there probably loves to see kids/people grow in skill, confidence and all around well-being. I would guess that the person is fairly optimistic and likes humanity and life in general.
