TBH, I think that neckline does not flatter her. She's got nice arms and shoulders, but the contrast of the white, the width of the fold, and the over-the-arm band hide those.

Agree. It’s a look that would suit melania really well. It overwhelms U and maybe is the wrong proportion bc it give the impression of armpit fat. Also looks weird when she is dancing with her arms up. But by her standards is good

I dislike one shoulder designs but even so it's a beautiful gown, a good look and appropriate for the occasion.

Contrary to your opinion it’s possible for multiple thoughts to exist in one’s head at the same time. I think she’s a fascist but she is a reasonably attractive woman. She usually dresses pretty poorly but was nicely coiffed at this event. No, she’s not “stunning.” You can feel free to think so and I can feel free to disagree.
