Press conference very unimpressive. Didn't make beginning but their answer as to whether they will change their testing was a flat no. Their lab can do 10 to 15 tests a day. Apparently they said 50 at last press conference.

Appears to be bans on gatherings of over 250. This includes restaurants that seat over 250.

Lots of stuff about social distancing.

Now clarification that restaurant ban on over 250 refers to banquet facilities.

Conference has ended--was shambles.

So DC is really going to stick with the Minimal testing approach. Interesting.

I don’t think they really have much choice right now. There aren’t enough available

No new cases from DOH testing. It sounds like private labs are doing tests but those results have not yet been reported to DOH. Supposedly they will eventually be reported but I didn’t hear any mention of when.

So I personally know someone who got a (presumptive) positive test this morning...

Do they know how they may have gotten it? Can you share a Ward if they're in DC?

They said 10-15 PEOPLE not tests. They clarified last time that some patients had more samples to test.

Regardless, it is an absolute outrage.

It's equally outrageous to me that Bowswer is not openly furious with the federal govt about this. Where is the Cuomo anger?

Will there ever be more testing in DC?
