He is coming after Ozempic and the rest. Many will start to care about his ideas.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has pledged to tackle high rates of chronic diseases such as diabetes and obesity as President-elect Donald Trump’s pick to lead the US Department of Health and Human Services. They’re goals that many in the public health world find themselves agreeing with — despite fearing what else the infamous anti-vaccine activist may do in the post.

Just don’t suggest that he tackle those goals with medications like Ozempic.

Back to diet and exercise instead.
Ha. Magas are not only “poorly educated” but fat too.

RFK Jr. is setting the US back by 80 years in terms of healthcare.

Why are so many people in MAGAland so orange?

That is not natural.

Every time I look at Trump or RFKjrtwit I immediately get the skin crawl because they look like they smell really bad. I have a hyper sense of smell. The fake tan and spittle is vomit inducing.

I don't think she would have even needed to promise him a cabinet position, just a seat at the table that she was promising other individuals who she disagrees with.
I think he honestly could have made the difference in the election which is sad on so many levels but also true

I think it was already too late by that point. The “crunchy,” alternative, vaccine skeptic, supplements for everything, unusual fad diets will cure every illness (not diet used in the sense of calorie restriction/going on a diet, more in the general sense of “what you eat”) etc. segment of society has already moved too far right. Or too far left and no longer even votes for Democrats. She wouldn’t have picked up too many voters even if she had brought Kennedy on board. They were all for Trump instead. The Covid response and vaccine had a lot to do with accelerating this trend.

You do have to ask yourself, “should 50% of people be on Ozempic?” You don’t have to cure illness if you can prevent it. It’s not ok to eat properly, but it’s ok to take 4 medications….

When Michelle Obama wanted kids eating healthy the right wing demonized and mocked the left for it.

And now you're all trying to gaslight the left and falsely make the left out to be the bad guys like a bunch of dishonest hypocrites.

Republicans said stupid things, looked ridiculous and lost an election bigly. Apparently they learned from that experience. Now Democrats decided to walk away from that winning strategy, look ridiculous and lose bigly. Republicans are supposed to be the party of stupid, but here we are...

I hope RFK is able to end seed oils. I truly believe they’re linked to all the metabolic disorders including Alzheimer’s which is also known as type 3 diabetes

DP. Funny how people like you never acknowledge how "fat and uneducated" the Dem. base is. Interesting.

80 years ago the country was healthier. 50% of adults under 30 are unfit and incapable of serving in the military. Too many diseases and ills and obesity

Actually, no longer true. Trump says he "loves the poorly educated" and eats at McDonald's all the time. His base loves him for those reasons.

Because middle class Americans are poorer now than they were 80 years ago even with both parents working, and most school food is crap, despite the efforts of Michelle Obama.

If RFKjr can fix that, I'm all for it.

Ooh, now tell us about how healthy and well-educated *your* inner-city base is.

"we"

Nope, the people wanted something that didn't make sense. Making sense is not a winning strategy against that.

If the vote is accurate, then this is what should be happening.
